What photos can I upload?
You can upload any photo that is relevant to cricket. This can include
anything from an international cricketer on the field to an image
explaining the various fielding positions in cricket. |
| |
Can I upload my personal photo? Or a photo of
myself playing cricket?
You can upload photos that a general cricket follower can relate to.
Therefore, you are advised to upload personal photos only if they
fulfill the above criteria. For example, you can upload your photo
with a known cricketer etc. |
| |
What file types can I upload?
You can upload GIF, JPG or PNG files. |
| |
Is there a size limit for a photo that I can
upload?
Yes. The maximum file size for your photo can be 500KB. If your photo
exceeds the file size, kindly convert it to a lower resolution or
scale it down so that it comes under 500KB. |

I uploaded a photo. Why is it not showing in
the Gallery?
All uploaded photos are reviewed by PhotoShare team before they are
approved or rejected. It may take upto 48 hours for your photo to
be reviewed. |

It has been over 48 hours since I uploaded my
photo. Why is it still not showing in the Gallery?
If your photo does not appear in the Gallery after 48-72 hours, you
can assume that it has been rejected. |
| |
What is the criteria for the photos to be approved?
Your photo must be relevant (read Questions 1 & 2 for more) and
appropriate. Any sort of adult, pornographic and/or objectionable
content is not allowed. Also, in case you give a caption, ensure that
the language used is decent and relevant to the photo. Also try your

PhotoShare Contest FAQs
I uploaded a photo on 10th
July and it was approved on 11th. Which phase would it fall under?
The phase a photo falls under is decided by the date it was uploaded
on. Therefore, this photo would fall under Phase 1 of the contest,
irrespective of when it was approved. |
| |
I uploaded more photos than the person who won
the last phase of contest. Why?
The winner is determined by the number of approved photos.
The member with the maximum number of photos approved during a certain
phase wins the prize. You may have uploaded more photos but not all
of them may have been approved due to the reasons described above.
As a result, the other person had more approved photos than you and,
hence, won the prize.
